After the devastating 2004 and 2005 Hurricane Season, the "Blue Roof" has become the norm. Today FEMA employees applied blue tarp's to a Condominium complex in Homestead Florida. The fears of T.S. Gamma striking South Florida with a heavy rain soaking has faded away.
